Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the iGsuite website and platform. Please read them carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and iGsuite.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iGsuite website, platform, dashboards, APIs or any related feature (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Who We Are

iGsuite is a SaaS analytics, automation and affiliate-management platform tailored to the iGaming industry. We provide performance dashboards, real-time business intelligence, CRO tooling, accounting workflows and related integrations.

3. Eligibility

The Services are intended for businesses and professionals operating in the iGaming industry. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts & Access

To access certain parts of the Services you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information
  • Keep your credentials confidential and secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell, sublicense or expose the Services to third parties without written permission
  • Upload malicious code, scrape data, or interfere with platform performance
  • Violate applicable iGaming, advertising, data-protection or anti-fraud regulations

6. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

Commercial terms — including pricing, billing cycle, included modules and renewal — are defined in your individual order form or commercial agreement with iGsuite. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may update pricing for new terms with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, dashboards, designs, trademarks, logos and content within the Services are owned by iGsuite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely as permitted under these Terms and your subscription.

8. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”). You grant iGsuite a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., game providers, payment gateways, analytics tools). iGsuite is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of any third party, and your use of those integrations is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable, high-availability platform but do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, updates and incident response may temporarily affect availability.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. iGsuite does not warrant that the Services will meet your specific business requirements or produce any particular financial outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGsuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to iGsuite in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iGsuite, its affiliates, officers and employees from any claim, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

15. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the Malta Arbitration Centre under the Arbitration Act (Cap. 387).
